Fulfillment Specialist for Live Breaking

Location: Lake Orion, MI (in-office/warehouse)

Pay Type: Hourly

Position Summary

Ripit is hiring a Fulfillment Specialist to process orders from live sports card breaks on Whatnot, TikTok Live, and Fanatics Live. You’ll make sure every card is matched to the correct buyer, packaged securely, and shipped quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Sort and verify cards from completed live breaks against order records
• Match each card to the correct buyer, order, and selling platform
• Package cards using penny sleeves, toploaders, team bags, bubble mailers, and other protective materials
• Generate and apply shipping labels using platform tools or shipping software
• Track orders through the sorting, packing, and shipping process to prevent errors, duplicates, and missed shipments
• Process orders efficiently and accurately during high-volume periods
• Communicate order status, backlogs, discrepancies, and other issues to the team
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace that supports fast turnaround times
• Follow required video-recording procedures throughout the fulfillment process for order verification and quality control

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using shipping software and basic spreadsheets
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift or move product boxes
• Available to work scheduled shifts in person at our Michigan facility
• Comfortable working in a physical warehouse and back-office environment

Preferred Experience

• Pick, pack, and ship experience
• Familiarity with sports cards or collectibles
• Knowledge of penny sleeves, toploaders, team bags, and protective packaging
• Experience with inventory or order-management systems
• Experience supporting a live-selling operation on Whatnot, Fanatics Live, TikTok Live, or a similar platform
