Head of Admissions Operations - Customer-Focused Leader

Charterhouse in Godalming is seeking a Head of Admissions Operations to lead the operational delivery of the School's Admissions function and ensure processes, systems and people deliver an outstanding experience for prospective families.

Reporting to the Director of Admissions, you will oversee a team of six, drive planning, service delivery, data management and continuous improvement while supporting strategic priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
