- Define subsystem requirements and monitor their implementation.
- Manage and coordinate suppliers, ensuring compliance with technical requirements.
- Support Safety, Certification, RAMT and other transversal engineering activities.
- Contribute to the Overall Equipment List (OEL) and overall GCS performance.
- Coordinate requirements and design with architects, engineering disciplines and partner companies.
- Support technical assessments, integration and verification activities.
- Maintain contact with the customer to refine operational expectations and requirements.
- Document and communicate complex technical topics in a clear and structured way.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, IT/Information Systems, Aerospace & Defence or Project Management.
- Knowledge of Systems Engineering standards, particularly ARP4754A and INCOSE.
- DOORS and Cameo experience is mandatory; Simulink is required.
- Experience with SCADE and/or ICDMS is a plus.
- Understanding of military environments and processes is desirable.
- Fluent English; German is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
- Ability to work in an international and multidisciplinary team.
- Ü2 Security Clearance is required.
