Senior Network Engineer

The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of terrestrial network connectivity, including inside plant infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Lead the design, planning, and implementation of terrestrial network connectivity solutions, including inside plant components
• Design, provision, and managing WAN circuits to support commercial internet access and organizational connectivity needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions into enterprise environments
• Develop and maintain network documentation, configuration standards, and performance metrics
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement solutions to maintain high availability and performance
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance network reliability, scalability, and security

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in network engineering or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred or equivalent years of experience
• CompTIA Network+ or CompTIA Security+
• Proven experience with WAN design, provisioning, and management
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, and network infrastructure best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives
