Role: Business Development Executive/BDE

Exp: 0-3 Years/Freshers/Entry Level.

Location: Bangalore, Jaya Nagar, 4th block

Shift: 6:30 pm - 3:30 am


Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, research, and market analysis
  • Proactively reach out to direct clients and MSPs via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through continuous prospecting
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement gathering discussions
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Perform regular follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (activities, leads, opportunities, closures)
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery on client requirements
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets


Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent listening and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good understanding of B2B sales processes (preferred)
  • Familiarity with staffing/recruitment industry (a plus for mid-level candidates)
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking systems (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
