you would responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance and comfort of guest rooms and public areas, this role ensures that all areas meet the hotels quality, safety and hygiene standards

As a Hotel Staff, you will...

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
• Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
