Job Description

Position: QA Automation Engineer
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 12+ months

Experience Required: 12+ Years

Accepting only Austin, TX profiles only (Within 30 miles radius)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated tests using scripts that execute testing functions automatically.
  • Identify and prioritize test scenarios and create execution plans.
  • Develop test plans and test cases and prepare appropriate test environments.
  • Perform functional, application, and regression testing for moderately complex systems.
  • Interpret business and technical requirements and update test documentation accordingly.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and support problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Work directly with customer stakeholders as needed during test cycles.
  • Prepare testing status, analysis, and management reports.
  • Support QA activities throughout the SDLC and assigned application areas.

Note: Hybrid position based in Austin, TX, with onsite and telework requirements. Healthcare application testing experience and Katalon experience are preferred
