The Role

• Lead the promotion of the psychiatry portfolio by executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance.
• Utilize digital tools and data-driven insights to develop strategy, allocate resources, and maximize sales execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, incorporating a "total office" account management approach.
• Develop and execute fully integrated account plans with a focus on market dynamics and therapeutic area expertise.
• Effectively navigate reimbursement landscapes, including IDNs, Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payers.
• Adhere strictly to pharmaceutical promotion regulations and company policies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in disease and product knowledge training, with annual certification.
• Strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, and outstanding communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with sales data reporting tools.
• Ability to travel up to 30-40% domestically for customer interactions and conferences.
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
