Retail Sales Department Manager

Boscov's Department Store is seeking a Retail Sales Department Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, family-focused environment. You will supervise and coach associates, manage merchandising and inventory, set and achieve sales goals, and ensure an inviting, well-organized department. This role partners closely with store leadership to uphold Boscov's values of integrity, community, and long-term relationships while supporting training, staffing, and adherence to company policies and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of assigned sales department to meet or exceed sales goals
• Supervise, coach, and schedule sales associates to ensure strong customer coverage
• Maintain visual merchandising and signage to company standards
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product presentation
• Ensure excellent customer service, resolving issues and escalations promptly
• Analyze sales reports to identify trends and adjust strategies
• Support training and development of new and existing team members
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards
• Collaborate with store leadership on promotions and in-store events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment
