Salary: $190,000-$205,000+ Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to support an Intelligence Community mission focused on data integration, intelligent automation, and improving mission-critical workflows.

This role will serve as a key data SME, helping bring together data, software engineering, and business process initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on Data Scientist who can work across complex datasets, identify data quality and integration challenges, and develop practical analytical and machine learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop data science solutions that support mission and business workflows. Analyze, clean, transform, and integrate structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources. Build repeatable data preparation and analytical pipelines. Develop and evaluate statistical and machine learning models. Apply NLP and other advanced analytical techniques where appropriate. Partner with software engineers, automation developers, and business stakeholders to integrate data capabilities into operational applications.

Identify and resolve data quality, consistency, and integration issues. Document models, assumptions, methodologies, and technical approaches. Communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Required Qualifications
Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph or higher.
5+ years of relevant experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or a related field. Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL. Experience working with complex datasets from multiple data sources. Experience with data preparation, transformation, cleansing, and data quality.

Experience developing and evaluating statistical or machine learning models. Strong understanding of feature engineering, model validation, and error analysis. Experience producing documented, reproducible, and version-controlled code. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent relevant experience. Preferred Experience
Intelligence Community or federal classified program experience. Experience integrating data science or machine learning capabilities into production software or automated workflows.

Natural Language Processing, document classification, information extraction, or entity matching. Data integration or data fabric initiatives involving multiple disparate data sources. Intelligent automation or RPA experience, including UiPath. Generative AI or agentic AI workflows. Model deployment, monitoring, data lineage, and auditability.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.

This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
