The Role • Accompany and foster children's growth into self-assured and responsible individuals. • Observe, diagnose, and manage the individual development support for children requiring special assistance. • Conduct specialized pedagogical individual and group activities. • Actively participate in parent events, meetings, development discussions, and conflict resolution. • Mentor and guide future early childhood educators, including apprentices and interns. What You'll Need • Completed training as a special needs educator, remedial teacher, or a social pedagogical professional with further specialization in special needs education, or an equivalent qualification. • A value system characterized by tolerance and open-mindedness. • Enthusiasm for engaging with children's curiosity and supporting their exploratory journeys. • Experience in observing and assessing children's developmental needs.
