cer Financial are excited to be partnering with a leading international bank in London, who are looking for an experienced Credit Admin Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career within a global banking environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Review post-completion files, ensuring limits, interest rates, collateral and fees are accurately recorded.
  2. Follow up on the perfection and registration of security documentation and maintain complete security packages.
  3. Oversee and meet SLAs across key Credit Administration and Management & Control processes.
  4. Manage limit inputs, updates, expiries, interest rate changes and bank and trade finance.
  5. Maintain collateral, lien and insurance records and updates.
  6. Handle remediation, repayments, discharges, releases and lease consent requests.
  7. Respond to auditor queries and requisitions.
  8. Support property revaluations, including index valuations.
  9. Maintain and update relevant procedures, guidelines and controls.
  10. Facilitate the appointment and management of solicitors and valuers.
  11. Identify and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
  12. Participate in Credit Administration projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

The candidate:

  1. 10+ years’ experience in Credit Administration within local banking, ideally covering Buy-to-Let, residential/commercial property, SME banking and working capital facilities.
  2. Strong knowledge of credit documentation, security perfection, collateral management and property due diligence.
  3. Experience in risk mitigation, controls and process management.
  4. Understanding of legal conveyancing is advantageous.
  5. Proficient in spreadsheets and database systems.
  6. Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, valuations and collateral requirements.
