Private Jet Charter Broker - Experienced Aviation Charter Sales Required

Our Private Jet Sales Consultants manage the full travel and sales cycle, ensuring a seamless charter experience for every client! We are seeking an experienced Private Jet Charter Broker who has a proven track record within private aviation charter sales and can confidently manage charter enquiries from initial contact through to flight completion.

This is not an entry-level opportunity. Applicants must have previous private jet chartering experience, strong aircraft knowledge, and a demonstrated ability to generate and close charter business.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Building and managing long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, family offices, and industry contacts
• Generating new business opportunities through proactive sales outreach, networking, referrals, and market engagement
• Managing private jet charter enquiries from initial client contact through to flight completion
• Sourcing suitable aircraft and negotiating competitive charter solutions on behalf of clients
• Preparing charter quotations, securing bookings, and maximizing revenue opportunities
• Leveraging your industry knowledge and market expertise to advise clients on aircraft, routes, and charter options
• Working closely with operators and suppliers to ensure seamless flight execution and exceptional service delivery
• Monitoring live trips and overseeing operational requirements to ensure a successful client experience
• Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets while maintaining high service standards
• Representing Air Charter Service at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities

WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR

• Previous private jet chartering experience is required for this position.
• Strong existing understanding of the private aviation charter market
• Extensive aircraft and route knowledge
• Proven track record of securing and managing charter bookings
• Demonstrated success in developing client relationships and generating repeat business
• Experience negotiating charter solutions and managing trips from enquiry through completion
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused, ambitious, and commercially driven
• Highly motivated with a desire to exceed targets
• Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Open to travel

PAY AND BENEFITS

• Base salary: $65K-95K USD + 10% uncapped commission
• 20 days in PTO for each year plus paid sick time
