- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely responses.
- Educate clients about our architectural services and processes.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing project timelines for client meetings.
- Follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on services provided.
- Support the team in administrative tasks as needed to promote efficient office operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or communications preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role, preferably in a professional setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with office software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- A passion for architecture and design is a plus.
