Job Description

Please note that this is a 12-18 Months Contract position, Onsite

Day shift only - Flexible Schedule, Start times range from 6:00 AM–8:30 AM, with the option for a compressed schedule (four 9-hour days + 4-hour Friday).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft office

  • Assembly experience with mechanical prints and bills of materials
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Typically 1–3 years of relevant experience.

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

  • Ability to read written instructions and follow requirements.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Dependable and available for a variety of tasks and activities.

  • Previous experience in electromechanical assembly, testing, or inspection preferred.

  • Ability to read and comprehend mechanical/assembly drawings preferred.

  • Leadership training or experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts and team skills preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

  • Responsible for performing a variety of support duties within the manufacturing environment.

  • Work activities are focused primarily on materials handling, including physical and administrative tasks related to shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.

  • Support production activities, including assembling, filling, measuring, mixing, testing, and verifying performance in the manufacture of Agilent products.

  • Perform routine testing of assemblies and finished products, including interpretation of results and routine repairs.

  • Perform quality inspections of raw materials and in-process and/or finished products to ensure compliance with Agilent’s quality and reliability standards.

  • Prepare and maintain applicable records and documentation.
