We're hiring for an impact-driven educational community dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The Role

• Provide targeted tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs, including MLD, SLD, and PMLD.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5 (as appropriate) referred by local authorities and schools.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for vulnerable young people.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma-informed manner.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Enhanced DBS check (facilitation available) and 2+ professional references.
• Knowledge of safeguarding principles and creating a safe learning environment.
• Right to work in the UK.
