The Role

• Drive new business growth within an assigned territory by prospecting and qualifying leads.
• Conduct on-site assessments and present comprehensive service solutions.
• Develop customized proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage sales activities within the CRM.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in related service industries.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong skills in negotiation, closing deals, and relationship building.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to coaching.
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to comply with company auto insurance requirements for business use.
