Position: Senior Workday Consultant

Job Description:

 

Supporting, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise business applications, with a primary focus on Workday and other enterprise platforms.
Works closely with developers, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure applications are stable, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
This position serves as a functional and technical liaison, contributing to system configuration, analysis, testing, and day-to-day application support while helping maintain the integrity and performance of enterprise systems.
Collaborate with developers and technical teams to support system enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution.
Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear translation of requirements into system solutions.
Provide day-to-day application support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
Support multiple enterprise applications (including but not limited to Workday ERP modules such as HCM, Finance, Payroll).
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Participate in the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Develop and execute test plans (unit, integration, and UAT support) to ensure quality delivery.
Analyze system workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Assist in managing inbound tickets and escalations; identify trends and support long-term solutions.
Create and maintain system documentation, including process flows, configurations, and user guides.
Support audits, compliance efforts, and data integrity initiatives across enterprise systems.
Contribute to enterprise application projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
