Job Description

People Project Manager

Location: Warrington - Hybrid (minimum 3 days onsite)
Salary: £50k - £56k

12 month FTC

I am looking for an experienced People Project Manager to lead HR workstreams across complex business change projects.

This is a hands-on project delivery role, ideal for someone with proven experience delivering people change, particularly within a unionised environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead HR workstreams from project initiation through to completion.
  • Manage TUPE transfers, restructures, changes to working practices and new ways of working.
  • Lead employee consultation and build effective relationships with trade unions and key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with HR specialists including Reward, L&D and HRBPs to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex people matters.
  • Ensure projects comply with employment legislation, HR policies and best practice.

What I am Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering HR/People projects, including TUPE, restructures, reward and terms & conditions.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience working in a unionised environment.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience.
