The Role

• Lead the planning and execution of integration and test programs for surveillance systems.
• Develop and execute complex hardware and software test plans for system-level validation.
• Foster career development through in-depth product knowledge and involvement in customer deployments.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced engineers.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to define test criteria based on customer requirements.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics; Master's degree is a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in a Test Engineering role, with a strong background in Radar systems integration and testing.
• Proven experience leading Developmental Test and Evaluation, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
• Hands-on experience with Radar Systems, including C++, Linux, and MATLAB.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with cross-functional experience and the ability to interact with all stakeholders.
