Job Description

As a Human Resources Manager with Aramark at Florida State University, you will lead HR operations supporting food and facilities teams on campus. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning; guide managers on performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretation; and ensure compliance with labor laws and university/Aramark standards. You will coordinate training, support DEI and engagement initiatives, manage HR data and reporting, and partner with leadership to build a safe, inclusive culture focused on service excellence and continuous improvement.
