The Role

• Coordinate the nursing department's staffing schedule to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Identify and address any issues or problems with the nursing schedule, advising supervisors accordingly.
• Ensure all employee, contractor, and student files comply with regulatory standards.
• Schedule and inform nursing staff of their assigned shifts under CNO supervision.
• Distribute the nursing schedule in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data.

What You'll Need

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in staffing or scheduling within a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and clerical skills.
• Proficiency in drafting professional communications.
