Looking for : Program Manager Next Best Engagement (NBE) / Next Best Action (NBA) | Life Sciences

Location: Stockley Park, Uxbridge, West London (Hybrid)
Duration: 6+ Month Contract
Industry: Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical Commercial Technology

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead Next Best Engagement (NBE) and Next Best Action (NBA) initiatives for a leading Life Sciences organization. This role will play a critical part in transforming digital marketing and commercial data into actionable insights that empower field teams to better engage Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and drive commercial effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Lead complex NBE/NBA and omnichannel engagement programs from planning through execution.
Partner with business, IT, architecture teams, and external vendors to deliver impactful commercial technology solutions.
Drive alignment across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and governance teams.
Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and technical execution.
Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and executive-level reporting.
Support initiatives focused on HCP engagement, field force effectiveness, CRM, and commercial analytics.

Required Skills & Experience

? Proven Program/Project Management experience within Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Commercial Technology.
? Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, field sales, HCP engagement, and commercial operations.
? Experience delivering NBE/NBA, omnichannel engagement, or data-driven commercial initiatives.
? Knowledge of data integrations, technology delivery lifecycles, and architecture review processes.
? Experience managing third-party vendors and large-scale cross-functional programs.
? Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and executive stakeholder reporting.
? Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones.

Preferred Background

Pharmaceutical commercial operations experience.
