Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced SAP MDG Architect to lead enterprise-wide Master Data Governance initiatives across S/4HANA transformation programs. The candidate will own MDG architecture, governance, data quality, workflows, integrations, and global master data strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP MDG architecture for Material, Customer, Supplier, Business Partner, and Finance domains.
• Design MDG data models, Change Requests, workflows, BRF+, validation/derivation rules, and approval processes.
• Architect integrations with S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, SuccessFactors, BTP, CPI/PI-PO, and non-SAP systems.
• Design DRF, APIs, IDocs, OData and data replication frameworks.
• Lead data quality, cleansing, migration, and harmonization initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with S/4HANA Clean Core and SAP best practices.
• Lead MDG workstreams, architecture governance, and global/multi-country rollouts.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, data owners, and leadership teams.

Required Skills:

• 10 15+ years of SAP experience with 5+ years of SAP MDG implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP MDG, S/4HANA, Data Governance, and MDM.
• Hands-on experience with MDG-M, MDG-BP/Customer/Supplier, and MDG Financials.
• Strong knowledge of BRF+, Workflow, DQM, Key/Value Mapping, and DRF.
• Experience with SAP Fiori, BTP, CPI/PI-PO, IDocs, APIs, and OData.
• Strong solution architecture, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• SAP MDG/S4 certification and SAP Datasphere knowledge are preferred.
