Audio Visual (AV) Project Manager

My client are a UK based leading provider of Audio Visual and Video Conferencing solutions - primarily across the Education sector. They are going through a sustained period of growth and now have a requirement for a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues quickly.<br />Maintain clear communication with clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams.<br />Coordinate project teams, assign tasks and monitor performance.<br />Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual requirements.<br />Manage external suppliers and monitor performance.<br />Ensure projects follow legal, safety and organisational standards.<br />Ensure projects are delivered within agreed budgets and maximise project profitability through effective planning and change control.Required Experience &amp; Skills Minimum three years' experience delivering complex Audio Visual or technology infrastructure projects.<br />Experience delivering projects within time, cost, and quality constraints.<br />Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.<br />Experience with risk management and stakeholder engagement.<br />Experience managing contractors and vendors.<br />Proven experience leading complex AV Installations and multi-room deployments.

Desirable Confident decision-maker in high-pressure situations<br />Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders<br />Ownership of AV standards, governance, and best practices<br />Strong mentoring skills and team leadership. Essential:

Enhanced DBS check to be completed on successful application.<br />ECS/CSCS exam to be taken if a valid card is not already held.<br />Driving licence
