Pay Range

$49,000 – $65,000+ per year (base + commission + bonus)
Radon Eraser is Chattanooga’s only dedicated radon testing, mitigation and monitoring company, locally owned and proudly powered by Omni Home Services. We’re looking for a Sales & Operations Manager who can balance people and processes with sales and service, while keeping operations steady and the team focused on results. You’ll sell, schedule, test, and lead. You’ll help protect homes and families from the silent threat beneath them (that’s the radon part) while building a company that grows stronger day over day.

You’ll have the support, and structure of an entire home services network behind you, plus the freedom to take ownership of your results. We’re the only radon team in Chattanooga doing this work full time. Our sole focus is protecting homes and lungs from the harmful effects of radon gas. You’ll have the right tools, the right mission, and an organization that believes in what we’re building. Grow the business through homeowner relationships, agent connections, and referral partners, while spreading the awareness of radon gas as far and as fast as possible.

• Coordinate jobs, manage materials, and keep the schedule filled and efficient.
• Perform and assist with radon testing, mitigation, monitoring, and follow-up.
• Track performance metrics and find smart ways to grow profitably.
• Experienced in sales and/or home services (construction, HVAC, inspections, etc.).
• A strong communicator who follows through and thrives in the field.
• Motivated to learn, grow, and lead within Omni’s entire network.
• Base pay plus commission and performance bonuses.
• Vehicle and tech stipend, or company vehicle with phone and computer.
• Continuing education, certifications, mentorship, and full access to an organizational support network.
• Schedule: Full-time Monday – Friday. Some flexibility for networking events.
