🚀 Your Role

You will work closely with functional consultants and developers, taking responsibility for the technical side of customer projects.

• Lead technical delivery of CRM implementations and integrations

• Integrate CRM solutions into existing customer IT environments

• Design and implement interfaces and custom technical solutions

• Manage Windows Server, MS SQL, networking, backups & recovery

• Advise customers on IT security, MFA, SSO, permissions and firewall concepts

• Plan and steer technical projects, including risks and stakeholder expectations

• Evaluate technical options and recommend scalable, future-proof solutions

• Work directly with customers throughout the project lifecycle

Travel is limited to approximately 3–4 customer visits per year within the DACH region.

🔎 What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with Windows administration & MS SQL

• German C1 and English B2

• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure and security

• Experience with Active Directory, MFA, SSO, networking, backups and firewalls

• Experience delivering integration/interface projects

• Technical project management and customer-facing experience

• Independent, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style

Nice to have: Azure/AWS, SaaS/IaaS environments, Terraform, CRM/ERP implementations or migrations, and basic scripting/programming skills.
