The Role

• Advise customers with expertise on meat, sausage, cheese, and delicatessen products.
• Create appealing and high-quality dishes with fresh ingredients.
• Present products attractively and ensure top-notch freshness and hygiene standards.
• Develop and implement sales-promoting measures.
• Independently prepare specialty items according to in-house recipes.
• Ensure excellent product presentation and adherence to hygiene regulations.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, completed vocational training or professional experience in food retail or gastronomy.
• Open to career changers with experience handling food.
• Genuine interest in processing and refining fresh meat and food products.
• Enthusiasm for customer interaction and a passion for retail.
• Strong customer orientation, communication skills, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, Monday to Saturday, between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
