DevOps Engineer

Client: Banking

Location: Addison TX and Charlotte NC

DAY TO DAY

• We are looking for someone who can work independently but in a team environment and will take ownership and pride in their work.


• The candidate will be responsible for project meetings, understanding requirements, designing, developing, and partnering with near shore and offshore teammates in a matrix environment.


• This position requires a strong working knowledge of DevOps, powershell, database, .NET technologies or Java/J2EE application programming experience.


• Must have excellent software design, build, test and documentation skills.


• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment.


• Proven track record in project delivery in an agile environment.


• Must have excellent organization and team skills.


• Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision.


• Able to communicate effectively across varied areas including technology, business and leadership.

MUST HAVES

• 
  
  5-8 years of experience within DevOps
  
  


• 
  
  CICD knowledge and understanding
  
  




• 
  
  CI platform is bitbucket and Jenkins and they are moving to GitHub and Github Action
  
  


• 
  
  CD is XLR and moving to Harness
  
  


• 
  
  Harness and Github are MUST HAVES
  
  




• 
  
  Previous hands on development experience
