Job Description

Performance & Reliability Engineer

We are looking for an experienced engineer to improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of large-scale distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot latency, throughput, scalability, and production reliability issues.

Perform end-to-end analysis across applications, load balancers, middleware, databases, Kubernetes, and Linux.

Analyze and troubleshoot Java code and identify performance bottlenecks.

Design and optimize highly available, high-throughput distributed systems.

Perform capacity planning, load testing, benchmarking, and scalability assessments.

Improve observability using metrics, logs, and tracing.

Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
