Engagement Overview

We are partnering with a well-funded, stealth-mode technology start-up looking to appoint a talented iOS Engineer to join its London-based team immediately.

Building the next generation FinTech, agentic first, and a who's who of Europe's best operators, founders, and angels. The first build is due in the coming months and an MVP goes to a pilot group early next year, so this is a high impact and influential role.

The environment is fast-paced, entrepreneurial and highly demanding, with a strong emphasis on technical excellence, exceptional design and rapid execution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop and deliver high-quality native iOS applications using Swift.
  2. Translate product concepts and UI/UX designs into polished, intuitive mobile experiences.
  3. Take ownership of iOS development, from initial design through to implementation and delivery.
  4. Collaborate closely with product, design and engineering teams to build and iterate rapidly.
  5. Maintain exceptionally high standards of code quality, performance and user experience.
  6. Contribute to technical and product decisions within an evolving start-up environment.

Key Requirements

  1. Strong hands-on experience with Swift and native iOS development.
  2. Design-oriented engineering background, with excellent attention to UI/UX and visual detail.
  3. Demonstrable experience building polished, user-centric iOS applications.
  4. Comfortable working independently, taking ownership and delivering at pace.
  5. Adaptable, commercially minded and excited by early-stage product development.
  6. Available to start immediately and work in London.

Years of experience are not a deciding factor.
