Job Description
We're delighted to be recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a friendly and supportive People team within a respected Norfolk business. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working with people and providing high-quality support across a busy HR function.
The role will involve supporting the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes run smoothly and delivering an excellent service to colleagues and managers across the business.

This is a full-time, 6-month temporary contract based in Norwich, with parking provided.

The role will involve supporting the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes run smoothly and delivering an excellent service to colleagues and managers across the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries
- Managing HR inboxes and ensuring enquiries are responded to or escalated appropriately
- Preparing offer letters, employment contracts and contract amendments
- Maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR systems
- Supporting recruitment administration, including arranging interviews and liaising with candidates
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Monitoring probation reviews and other key people processes
- Supporting the wider People team with administration and reporting
- Maintaining HR documents, shared files and resources
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- A professional and confidential approach to work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT skills and confidence using different systems
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to support others
- A customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering excellent service
