Sales BDC Agent
, your primary focus is generating showroom traffic and sales opportunities.

This is a phone- and internet-based sales role where success is measured by appointments set, shown, and sold. If you enjoy sales, follow-up, and seeing your effort directly impact your income, this role offers strong earning potential.

Handle inbound and outbound sales-focused calls
Respond promptly to internet leads, texts, and emails related to vehicle sales
Set, confirm, and re-confirm sales appointments
Use proven call scripts and sales processes
Build rapport and identify customer needs to drive appointments
Accurately document all customer activity in the CRM
Work closely with the sales team to ensure strong appointment handoffs
Contribute to meeting sales goals for calls, appointments, and show rates
8-hour shifts
~Saturday availability required
1 year of customer service or sales experience
(preferred)
~ Call center or automotive sales experience is a plus
~ Confident, professional phone skills
~ Basic computer and CRM proficiency
