The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including the calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Take on the operational management of the service center, ensuring technical compliance with all company standards and managing daily operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, from initial contact to vehicle handover.
• Manage invoicing, customer payments, and the scheduling of incoming repair and replacement orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with audit standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a relevant trade, with ideally several years of professional experience.
• Certification as a Master Mechanic (Kfz-Meister) or equivalent experience, or a willingness to obtain the required operational management certification (Betriebsleiter HWK).
• A valid driver's license (Class B), strong German language skills, and proficiency in PC and administrative tasks.
• A strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills.
• A collaborative spirit, with the ability to work independently, fostering trust and teamwork.
