  • Collaborate closely with mission partners and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions, intuitive application enhancements, and clean user interfaces.
  • Present technical findings, demonstrations, risks, and implementation recommendations to leadership and mission partners.
  • Develop user guides, standard operating procedures, process flows, training materials, technical documentation, and implementation plans.
  • Manage multiple technical activities and priorities while meeting customer and program deadlines.

  • Proficiency in at least one coding language (e.g., Python, SQL, R) to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
  • Proven ability to design effective user interfaces with low-barrier to entry models.
  • Strong ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts and findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Active Secret clearance at the time of hire.
