The Role

• Deliver outstanding guest service through various deli department activities.
• Prepare and present products for sale, including frying, cutting, slicing, weighing, pricing, and cooking.
• Maintain product levels, quality, and freshness according to department guidelines.
• Ensure sanitation standards are met in preparation and sales areas.
• Assist with front-end duties, including efficient customer checkout and announcing specials.
• Support product receiving and storage as needed.

What You'll Need

• A friendly and outgoing personality with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to explain product details, ingredients, and offerings to guests.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand for extended periods, bend, and kneel.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and information.
