Job description

Develop and manage high-value private banking relationships, grow a client portfolio, and structure lending solutions such as home equity lines, personal loans, and credit facilities. Monitor portfolio credit quality, partner across the bank to deliver integrated financial solutions, and coach a client support manager.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new client relationships and expand an existing private banking portfolio.
  • Structure and manage home equity lines, personal loans, and other credit facilities.
  • Monitor portfolio credit quality, financial reporting, risk management, and exception resolution.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver integrated banking and wealth solutions.
  • Supervise and coach a Client Support Manager.
  • Engage clients through regular contact, events, and community involvement.
