You’ll
Do
Build and develop a target customer portfolio in partnership with the Sales Leadership team.

Generate new business opportunities through phone, email, virtual meetings, and digital channels. Present Leschaco's services, value propositions, and logistics solutions to prospective customers. Participate in sales campaigns and business development initiatives. Build strong customer relationships and identify customer needs. Prepare, present, and follow up on freight quotations and pricing proposals. Support customer onboarding, implementations, and service trials. Assist with tariff and pricing updates and maintain accurate sales records in Salesforce.

Manage customer registration and credit approval processes. Collaborate with operations, pricing, and vendors to deliver competitive logistics solutions. Drive opportunities through the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation, closing, and implementation.

Requirements

What We're Looking For
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related sales. Strong customer relationship, communication, and coordination skills. Knowledge of international transportation, logistics solutions, and procurement processes; experience with supplier relationships and shipping line contracts is a plus. Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities, track deadlines, and follow up on open items in a fast-paced environment.
