The Role

• Progress into a future leadership role within a maximum of two years as a junior manager.

• Excellent teamwork, flexibility, and a high level of responsibility, with a willingness to demonstrate these qualities across different locations.
• Interest in or existing passion for the world of motorcycling is a plus.
