Job Description

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)

Location: Vermont
Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Setting: Telehealth / Remote

This remote therapy opportunity is designed for a Vermont-licensed clinician who values thoughtful care, professional autonomy, and strong client relationships. You will provide secure telehealth counseling to clients across Vermont while helping make mental health support more accessible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients located in Vermont
  • Conduct clinical assessments and create individualized treatment plans
  • Support clients with emotional, behavioral, and relationship-based concerns
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical records
  • Deliver care in accordance with ethical, professional, and confidentiality standards
  • Must hold an active Vermont license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Psychologist, Psychologist - Master, or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
  • Experience providing therapy, counseling, psychological services, or clinical social work
  • Comfortable providing care in a telehealth / remote setting
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional and supportive virtual therapy environment
  • 2 weeks of paid time off
