The Role • Responsible for the replacement and repair of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" overseeing technical aspects, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning. • Provide customer consultation and support from order acceptance through vehicle handover with a strong service orientation. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the scheduling and processing of incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards and corrective actions are met. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as a master automotive technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to undertake the required proficiency test or already possess "Operations Manager (HWK)" certification. • A strong commitment to our company values, welcoming individuals of all backgrounds and abilities. • Hold a valid Class B driver's license, possess good German language skills, and be proficient with computers and administrative tasks. • Excellent customer and service orientation with strong communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team, independently, and maintain trusting, equal-level collaboration. What's On Offer • Starting salary of at least €3,200 gross per month (full-time) for individuals with automotive vocational training, with part-time options available. • An additional €300 gross per month as a functional management allowance, plus supplements for extra responsibilities. • Annual bonuses including €1,062 gross for vacation and €1,062 gross for Christmas. • 30 days of annual leave, plus special leave for exceptional occasions and a sabbatical option.
