Our client, a dynamic and growing organization, is seeking an experienced
Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen their HR function. This role is an excellent opportunity for a confident HR professional who thrives on building compliant, people-focused programs while driving organizational success. As the HR Manager, you’ll be the go-to leader for all things people, compliance, and culture. Overseeing Workers’ Compensation policies and procedures. Leading full-cycle recruitment and onboarding initiatives.

Managing open enrollment, FMLA, and short-term disability. Mentoring and developing HR staff to grow capabilities and engagement. Partnering with employment attorneys on compliance and policy matters. Assessing organizational training needs and rolling out effective programs.

Our client is seeking someone with both strong technical HR knowledge and exceptional leadership presence. 5–7 years of progressive HR experience in an organization of 100+ employees.
~ Hands-on experience managing compliance across multiple states

~ Proficiency in
Microsoft Office and HR best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (required).
~ A proactive approach to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement. Confidence in driving strategic HR initiatives while fostering a positive workplace culture.
