Job Description

Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Cath Lab Radiographer for a locum position within an NHS Trust. The role involves providing expert imaging services in a Cardiac Cath Lab, supporting various procedures and delivering high-quality patient care.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform cardiac imaging procedures including coronary angiograms and pre-TAVI aortograms.
  • Assist in pacemaker insertions and provide temporary pacing support.
  • Ensure high standards of imaging quality and patient safety during all procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with the clinical team to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of imaging procedures and patient data.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in Cardiac Cath Lab imaging.
  • Strong knowledge of coronary angiograms, aortograms, and pacemaker insertion procedures.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work 3-4 days a week, Tuesday to Friday.
  • Current registration with the appropriate professional body.
