The Role

• Oversee all sales floor and stockroom activities in collaboration with your team.
• Manage goods receipt, product merchandising, and quality control, including shelf-life monitoring.

What You'll Need

• Proven ability to lead a branch to success and drive performance.
• A completed apprenticeship in retail, or equivalent professional experience.
• A friendly demeanor and genuine passion for customer interaction.
• Strong leadership, communication, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
• A hands-on approach with a commitment to meticulous work.
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective customer communication.
