Systems Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Systems Architect in Houston, TX.

Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with business and operational leaders to understand challenges and identify technology-driven solutions
* Lead and support digital transformation initiatives across multiple departments
* Evaluate, recommend, and implement technologies that improve efficiency, collaboration, and business outcomes
* Drive user adoption, change management, process improvements, and data integration efforts
* Support ERP-related initiatives, including process transformation and technology adoption
* Research and assess emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, automation, and digital platforms
* Build technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver successful technology solutions
* Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on digital strategy and innovation opportunities

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required
* Approximately 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology consulting, solutions architecture, business systems, or a related field
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change
* Experience leading technology initiatives from concept through implementation.
* Knowledge of ERP systems, data integration, business process optimization, and change management
* Understanding of AI, automation, and emerging digital technologies
* Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution

Preferred Experience:
* Advanced degrees and industry certifications are considered a plus
* Background in oilfield services, energy, oil and gas, or other industrial environments is a plus
* Experience working with operational teams and business leaders to modernize processes and technology
* Experience with Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms is highly preferred
* Exposure to Oracle environments is beneficial but not required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
