Job Description

Job Title: PEGA Certified Lead System Architect

Location: Ewing, NJ

Duration: 6 months

Role Descriptions:

  • Seeking a PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade PEGA applications.
  • The role involves solution architecture, team leadership, and ensuring adherence to PEGA best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and lead PEGA application development.

- Translate business needs into scalable solutions.

- Guide developers and ensure code quality.

- Work and drive team on Constellation, Knowledge buddy, Integrating with LLM.

- Good knowledge on KB and Analyser

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Business).

- Optimize performance and ensure compliance with guardrails.

Requirements:

- CLSA certification (mandatory).

- 10+ years in PEGA, 3+ years as LSA.

- Strong in PEGA 24.x/8.x, case management, integrations (REST/SOAP).

- Agile project experience.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred:

- PEGA Cloud / AWS / Azure experience.

- Familiarity with PEGA DevOps tools.
