Role Salesforce Developer

Location Memphis, TN (Need local) Hybrid
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, particularly Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Flows.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex Salesforce development, integrations, and production support. Six or more years of experience is a general guide; relevant accomplishments carry more weight than a specific year count.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with at least one other system.
- Ability to troubleshoot independently, own work through resolution, and perform effectively in a fast-paced support environment.
- Excellent communication with technical colleagues and nontechnical business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with GitHub or another mainstream source control product.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools, such as Codex, Copilot, ChatGPT, or comparable tools, to support development work
