Lead the delivery of affordable homes that make a real difference to peoples lives. As our Senior Development Programme Manager, youll play a key role in shaping and delivering Accents development programme, working with partners, funders and stakeholders to bring new homes and communities to life. Salary
The spot salary for this post is £69,741 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. If youre still developing some of the skills or experience, you can start at a salary 5% or 10% below the spot rate, with clear support and progression opportunities to reach the full amount.
About you
You'll be an experienced development and programme management professional with a strong track record of leading large-scale development programmes, managing budgets and performance, and working with funding bodies and key stakeholders. Youll be confident analysing complex information, preparing high-quality reports and presenting to senior audiences, while bringing excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and develop others. With a strong understanding of development appraisal, programme monitoring and public funding, you'll be passionate about delivering affordable homes, driving continuous improvement and collaborating with partners to achieve outstanding outcomes for customers and communities.
