With a strong legacy of growth and stability, this family-owned company is seeking a dynamic HR leader to drive their people strategies across numerous distribution centers. The Role

• Oversee Human Resources initiatives for over 1,300 employees spanning multiple U.S. distribution hubs.
• Partner with management to identify talent needs and implement strategic recruitment plans.
• Lead and develop an HR team focused on building and supporting a high-performing distribution workforce.
• Collaborate with distribution leaders to implement HR processes that align with business objectives.
• Play a key role in hands-on recruitment for critical hubs in California, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Wisconsin.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of HR experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory HR role.
• Prior recruitment experience within a distribution or warehouse setting is advantageous.
