Job Description

As a Training Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting employee learning and development, ensuring everyone has the skills and confidence to excel in their roles.

You’ll work closely with teams across the business to identify training needs, coordinate sessions, and provide ongoing advice and support to help our colleagues thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside managers and Team Leaders to identify and address training needs throughout the business.
  • Coordinate and schedule training programs that are engaging and effective.
  • Offer guidance and support to employees during their learning journey, answering questions and providing encouragement.
  • Help maintain training records and track employee progress to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Assist in developing new training materials and resources tailored to the needs of the business.
  • Experience in a training or development role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with various learning management systems.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a genuine passion for supporting others.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
  • Monday-Friday £14.23per hour
  • 8:00am to 4:30pm,  40 hours per week
